What is Buy Better Market?

Buy Better Market is a low-waste local delivery service offering eco-friendly, everyday essentials and small-batch goods from local makers. We’re here to help you stock your home more sustainably—without the markup or the waste.

How does delivery work?

We deliver once a week on Thursdays across most of Escambia and Santa Rosa County. Orders must be placed by Monday at 10 PM to be included in that week’s delivery. You can check our delivery routes to see if you’re within our service area.

Do I have to subscribe?

Nope! You can shop one-time or subscribe to save. Subscribers get discounted pricing and free delivery.

How does pricing work?

All of our items are individually priced—just like your regular supply store. As you add or remove items from your cart, your total will adjust in real time.

All delivery orders must meet a $25 minimum for free delivery.

How does the refill system work?

When your next order arrives, just leave your empty containers out. We'll pick them up and credit your account—$1 for each item returned. Closing the loop is kind of our thing.

What makes you sustainable?

We keep things simple: every product we carry must meet strict standards—biodegradable, compostable, and made with clean, safe ingredients. That means you never have to stress about your impact. In most cases, within 30 days of use, your purchase has already returned to the earth.

We also minimize waste with reusable packaging and local sourcing, reducing emissions and keeping our footprint light—all while helping you lighten yours.

What if I’m not happy with something?

If anything in your order isn’t up to snuff, we’ll make it right. Just shoot us an email and we’ll either replace the item or refund it.
